Pluspunten
- Gaining experience as a mid level .NET software developer. - I work for a very reputable company, which is putting me in a very good position to advance my career even further. (at the client site, we build the Obama Care ACA website for my state) - Great pay and benefits for entry level. With the overtime I could have my 45k school loans paid off within 2 yrs after graduating!!! - Don't be fooled by many of the comments on here, MV goes out of their way to help you where they can, within reason. Very kool plp and easy going, but still have a good work ethic and work you hard! - They do provide housing while you learn how to do your job! You could come from VA or FL if you wanted. - Excellent training and trainers. If you can, ask for Sreenath to be your trainer! General Summary: Here is what. It all depends on what your objective are and who you work for. I see a lot of negative comments on here, but it's probably because someone is mad, didn't read their contract, or something to that effect.
Minpunten
- Once your done training, you have to find a job or I think they have listed in the contract you will have to pay a small reasonable price to stay in their apartments...not a big deal, but it would be kool if you could have more time. -If you don't like overtime, you might as well not be a developer...lol, j/k. Some people can get away with minimum overtime, like my roommate (also an MV employee), but my team works over whenever it's needed. Again, depends on who you work for.
