      They offer H1-b visa enrollment! HR registered it for me just as soon as I joined the company, which is unlike to other Chinese companies - they might have to wait until you passed probation or have proven yourself qualified for this role. But they trusted me and I trust them back! And a lot of my co-workers are also fresh graduate. The vibe here is just great

      Well, I don't really see any cons for now - other than there are so many sales leads that are waiting for my solution and I'm not yet ready for all of them!

      Well our tech is good. Actually pioneering in this industry if I may say. Good corporate culture. They're small but for now everything looks great - I hope I'm not wrong! I really do have high hopes for us in the year of 2025, our team is building up, sales prospects look good, there's a trade show we're going to attend, can't complain.

      As a foreign person to them they have been doing a real good job in translating everything and helping me fit in. Although, a lot of the internal processes are still in Chinese - they're a Chinese company. I'm not the only "local" employees there so we're all in this together haha. Marketing materials are in 4 different languages though, so those I can easily read and send them to our customers.

      We don't have record of any contractor working here during this period of time. All of our employees are receiving W-2. However, if you do point out some issues we have - we're happy to hear that, and are working on that. Things have changed!
