Pluspunten
Somewhat flexible working hours.
Friday drinks.
GREAT team members.
Minpunten
* Timed breaks. To the minute.
* Communal toilets where you had to walk through an open plan office, try being discreet. Was once asked by my manager why I was gone so long. I was pooping.
* Very condescending attitude from managers. When asking for clarification on what was expected while doing different tasks, manager acted like I was stupid for not understanding the first time.
* Was promised it was a growing company with great career opportunities, and though I was “promoted” I did not receive a higher wage.
* Family run business. Managers were the parents, data entry team the children.
* Ended up being burned out, on sick leave for a year and in therapy after working there. I wasn’t the only one.
* Pay was over minimum wage which is good, I guess. But when I started, I had higher wages than a colleague who’d been there 5 years because I was multilingual. I didn’t use my native language at work
