The management just doesn't know how to behave and treat its Employees. They fired me in Exactly 2 Months and 4 days. Not only me , they keep on firing its employees very frequently and consistently in every quarter. I worked really hard in those 2 months; i Submitted good submissions everyday but there was no movement at all from their Clients , their Clients are very unresponsive , even after giving them good submissions nothing would happen. The management decided to fire me and many of the team members because they didn't get offers in 2 months. How could you expect the employees to give them PO'S (Offers) if their clients are not responding at all for the submissions made. The management didn't see our efforts and decided to fire us inspite of giving them good submittals everyday. PLEASE BEWARE : FIRING IS AT PEAK IN NETSOURCE
