De werktijden zijn geweldig in vergelijking met Autozone of O'Reilly, en het salaris is ook veel beter dan bij andere auto-onderdelenwinkels. Iedereen die klaagt over Napa Automotive Parts weet niet hoe het is om voor de concurrentie te werken. Tenzij je voor een onafhankelijke Napa-vestiging werkt, weet ik dat het salaris daar anders is dan bij het hoofdkantoor, maar ik heb het gevoel dat dit bedrijf echt om zijn werknemers geeft en hen eerlijk behandelt wat betreft salaris. Werken hier is veel prettiger en biedt een betere balans tussen werk en privéleven dan bij andere winkels, wat een groot pluspunt is. Ik zie mezelf hier een carrière van maken en hier langdurig blijven. Ik hou van mijn werk en wat ik doe.

Tams is waardeloos en de catalogus is waardeloos, dat is letterlijk mijn enige klacht over dit bedrijf. Ze moeten het hele systeem en de manier waarop ze de voorraad beheren en alles wat met technologie te maken heeft, moderniseren.

At the time of writing, I have worked for Napa for 9 years. I can say with a great deal of experience that the fellow employees will make your day. Easy people to work with all around. Something about the shared struggle of working for NAPA will really bring a group of folks together. Customers who come into a NAPA come for a reason. I find this to be a much different experience from other auto parts stores. Customers know what they are talking about, and that makes the job all the easier. Hours are consistent almost to a fault, but you will ceratily get at least your 40 hours.

When I first started with NAPA, they genuinely cared about their employees(gift cards on bday, anniversary lunch, anniversary gift, holiday bonuses, company-wide holiday parties). That is all gone. All management you will have personal contact with has ZERO authority to do ANYTHING. Do not expect a merit-based raise, or even a yearly raise(no raises in 2 years despite $2.3B in net profit for 2025). It seems to take an act of god to fire employees who literally do not do their job. DO NOT CLIMB THE LADDER. The higher you get in this company, the more you will regret it.
