      to much procedures to follow. sometimes better work can be done under less procedural pressure, some locations is too far from the city.

      Unless you work in new venture, the business is pretty dull (a bit like a utility company). Very risk averse company. Very slow and "matrixed" decision process. A lot of "lifers" in middle management ranks that resist change.
