I absolutely love the environment at NBCUniversal. Their focus on diversity and development really makes you feel like you are part of a strong team, despite the fact that all of the networks and somewhat segmented. As an intern, you really learn a lot and feel like the Campus2Career team is investing a lot into you both personally and professionally. It is definitely the best internship that I have ever had.

Great "VIP" pass for your family and friends at the theme parks

Unless you work in new venture, the business is pretty dull (a bit like a utility company). Very risk averse company. Very slow and "matrixed" decision process. A lot of "lifers" in middle management ranks that resist change.
