      Got to be part an integral point person, who was heavily involved in every aspect of each photo shoot..Got to work with the biggest names in the Music and Film industry, while learning from the utmost professional class production staff one could ever want to learn from..

      Alot of time waiting around/not busy time.. That might be a pro for some, but I would enjoy more engaged activity

      Unless you work in new venture, the business is pretty dull (a bit like a utility company). Very risk averse company. Very slow and "matrixed" decision process. A lot of "lifers" in middle management ranks that resist change.
