Not a very competitive salary (especially for existing employees) Not very flexible on remote working, but it is hybrid which I like (your badge swipes get counted and you must be in office 3 days a week - if you move somewhere without a national office then you must resign)

Great "VIP" pass for your family and friends at the theme parks

Unless you work in new venture, the business is pretty dull (a bit like a utility company). Very risk averse company. Very slow and "matrixed" decision process. A lot of "lifers" in middle management ranks that resist change.
