Santa Clara office is a bit quiet as it is not at full capacity Internal communications are sometimes challenging as employees are distributed across several worldwide locations

Personal growth, selfless leaders in the office I worked, good work life balance, great compensation compared to entry level jobs in the area. Management really wanted their employees to grow and would meet with you to discuss personal growth at any time.

Minpunten

Company would sometimes try to market itself in ways which were not displaying a consistent vision. Made it difficult at times. Sometimes quotas were given that were unrealistic.
