Minpunten
I got a new boss, found out we were out of compliance in regards to an aspect of a new position I was in at that time. Brought it to that new boss’s attention. She placated me. Then the new boss told me I was going to have to find a new place to work within the company or be let go and in front of HR lied and said I didn’t like working there and like an idiot I just took it instead of standing up for myself. That being said: what happened was highly unethical. Certain business units do a good job, others know how to lose money and move operations around without any consideration to cost. It’s cost a lot of people their jobs and many locations to be closed. Not just because of down markets but total mismanagement.
