Pluspunten
NOV is a huge company and has the great benefits to go along with it. There is a large group of new engineers to drive innovation and a good core group of older engineers to provide guidance. My group has a commitment to excellence. I thought about leaving for more money but I couldn't find a company that had products I would be proud to be involved in had the same benefits or where I would have the same level of responsibility. Good job security. Top level management is really good. Very strong company going in the right direction.
Minpunten
The company is divided up into so many groups and divisions it is hard to know what is going on in the company an where other opportunities might be. The pay is no better than OK Bonus is a little below average for oil industry. Middle management can get bogged down.
