4yFirst, we would like to apologise for the late reply. We want to thank you for taking the time to write this review to share your experience of working with us.
As an education centre, we have a key responsibility to ensure the ongoing safety of both students and teachers while on school premises. CCTV camera surveillance systems are increasingly being used in schools to maintain safety and security, allowing school and staff to focus on their responsibilities and to prevent any undesirables from gaining access to the site.
And we would like to clarify that NTK is an education center where we strive to encourage a culture of open communication across our business, and where employees feel valued, respected and heard. As such, we have a number of internal channels, be it anonymous or direct, to enable our employees to provide any constructive feedback or raise any concerns that they may have. The wellbeing of our staff is a top priority as well as our commitment to creating a transparent and collaborative environment for all our employees. We were not aware of your situation, so are sorry we did not have the opportunity to address the concerns you have raised. We have taken your comments on board though, and will discuss how we can prevent a similar experience in the future.
