As NTM Engineering strives to be an employee-focused firm, we take your comments seriously and will evaluate your concerns to see if there are ways to improve. We strive to ensure that everyone is given an equal opportunity to grow on our team by providing a wide range of training opportunities and exposure to various types of projects. We do understand that due to the nature of our work, sometimes staff are working on extremely large projects and may not have as much variety as they would like while they are on that project. We understand our workload challenges and have been actively advertising for additional positions to address our workload. Throughout the pandemic, NTM has followed federal and state requirements, while also ensuring we can meet the needs of our clients to deliver their projects and ultimately, safeguarding the long-term health of our company. With the constant changes in federal and state policies due to the pandemic, this has been very challenging to navigate, and we have tried to stay extremely flexible with our policies to meet the needs of our staff. There are numerous ways that our staff can share concerns with management, including talking to their own supervisor, HR, and/or any of the principals.
