      The team of the people is one of the Best in the industry. Over my 5 years in NVIDIA I was still learning something new every day. Great experience and good environment to work.

      Minpunten

      Total internal miscommunications ruin a lot of affords. If you are not located in US and not sitting in a building D, you will not have latest strategic information. And vice versa - none of the high or top management will doesn’t know what are you working on currently (even if you will report directly). Be ready to spend tens of years on the same position because you are useful for the Company where you currently are.

      Pluspunten

      Fantastic work culture, great work life balance. People are genuinely excited about what they are working on and the projects are cutting edge. Unlimited tokens (for now at least). Flexible hybrid policy, and easy to take PTO. Leadership is very forward thinking, for a large company there's a lot of sense that employees matter. No layoffs in almost 20 years. Food is pretty good and subsidized. Great benefits, and competitive compensation especially for hardware roles.

      Minpunten

      Only minor gripes - currently no gym, and the parking is very limited at HQ. This is being addressed, but won't be completed until 2028. Company has been growing faster than the offices, so there aren't enough desks for everyone. Slightly inconvenient when you can't get a temp desk where you need, but most of the time it's no problem.
