      Lots of great opportunities which you can choose to work on, easy to move teams, working on cutting edge technology and always innovating and on forefront of technologies. Feels like self funded startup as its so nimble and agile. Management often listens to suggestions and implements them Satisfying work, great compensation and free to choose what you wan to work on. CEO greatly cares about employees, was very evident from how company handled covid situation.

      You have to manage your own work life balance, Management is supportive of your choices. Some projects are very fast paced which could be challenging for others (I personally like them)

      NVIDIA's PTO and Sick policies are compassionate and generous. Managers listen to employees' ideas. Employees get to work on a wider variety of projects than expected, and usually work closely with other teams to get things done. Collaboration is tight almost all of the time.

      Minpunten

      Employees don't always get insight into why they were assigned a particular project, or have much if any choice about what projects they get to work on. Managers are often too busy working on projects themselves to have the free time to meet with employees on a regular basis. This leads to short-term, reactive thinking rather than long-term visionary thinking.
