Since client-site deployment is a function of the needs of a project in most cases, it is not always under our control. There are still opportunities, but, you are right, they are lesser than other roles. I would assume it is no less in terms of percentage than most other companies. With regards to the growth curve, we strongly feel that we need to accelerate the learning for people in the Quality track. This is being worked upon currently through formation of a dedicated center of excellence for Quality and through increased focus on advanced training in this area. You should see some improvement in both these in the next few months. I recommend that you should reach out to our Process and Quality leadership to learn more about what we are doing.
