      Very political place to work Upper management doesn't do the job required but keeps on delegating to the next level Poor in investing training for your growth and they are totally not in plan with industry 4.0

      Career advancement can be slow, with limited opportunities for promotion or lateral movement in some orgs. Compensation growth tends to fall behind. Several org changes following Emerson acquisition.
