You won’t be shown that you’re appreciated, that your contributions matter, that you’re part of the team. Lots of office politics. It’s all about who you know and what you’re willing to do to get where you want to be. No clear direction at all. They preach change but nothing ever changes. Only some people get exit interviews. What is that? Someone that had only been there barely one year got an exit interview. I worked there 11 years and did not get an exit interview. They don’t care about you! They don’t want to know what they can do to improve. I’m not shocked by how many former colleagues have left NI in the short time since I left. They need to realize the great talent they’re losing.
