great work environment low stress level. Usually have two people working so you don't work alone.

Minpunten

long work days ten hours and the optician has to be on the premises so your break is taken in the mgr. office when you are there.

They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
