Good benefit, decent pay, travel and flexible schedule. Company pays for transportation costs, and all costs if going on training workshops out of state.
Minpunten
Dedication and effort do not matter here. All about who you know and relate to. If you are Engineer, go for Non-Nuke (pay the same as Nuke). Everything could be talked behind your back and brought up to manager without your alert. Don't be smarter than others (it's a warning). Not too much engineering. Not too good training program for new employees. Negative work place.
