Problemas de gestão, muitos chefes e pouco resultado, conflitos internos estão diretamente ligados aos conflitos de interesse, todo "colega" do chefe ganha dinheiro a rodo, onerando a empresa, afinal, o dono da empresa, incentivou esse perfil, colocando os "colegas" para administrar e hoje enfrenta uma RJ.
