Far below industry standard pay and benefits Not allowed to work from home Due to low vacation time workers are constantly in the office when sick Very few regular holidays and paltry vacation time allowances No comp time for salaried workers - you get docked pay if you need to be out and have no PTO left Attendance is taken daily and then monitored throughout the day Whenever an issue happens more time is spent blame-shifting than figuring our how to resolve it Interdepartmental communication is non-existent Not a professional workplace at all No formal training - new employees are setup to fail Little to no process exists or if it does is not actually used Mediocrity is rewarded while those who excel are unable to function Company has no direction and constantly reacts instead of planning and executing The appearance of activity is valued more than actual results Morale problem that the company is unwilling to admit exists or try to fix Bad office location - lots of transients in the building due to social security being upstairs, rodent droppings found daily on staff desks, parking lot and sidewalks not shoveled before work on snow days.
