We’re very concerned to hear that this has been your work experience at Net Friends. Concerned, and puzzled, because many of the specifics you mention seem like a different company than the one we all know. We’re not an “enterprise-size corporation” and we haven’t implemented a “re-org” for several years. Our turnover rate is very low compared to our industry. More to the point, employee satisfaction is more important to us than any metric or management philosophy. Net Friends should be a great place to work for everyone. We hired you because we looked forward to having you with us each day, bringing your skills and resourcefulness to our team, and tackling the most challenging IT problems we could give you. It’s sad to hear that your experience here isn’t making you happy. If you are in fact a current Net Friends employee, please bring your concerns to your manager or anyone else you feel comfortable talking to. We are ready to listen.

- Amazing Leader at the helm. CEO is very personable, passionate and an awesome person to work with. - Salary was competitive for the role/region.

Minpunten

Some of the companies they onboard don’t really have a culture fit. People with impossible views or needs technologically. Culture fit should definitely be tied somehow into the assessments, or if it is already, needs to updated. Your techs know who these companies are.
