- Great group of co-workers: Everyone gets along and is very supportive of one another. We know how to have fun while getting our work done! - Accommodating managers and supervisors: If you have an emergency come up or have a concern, there are managers and supervisors who will work with you. - Great office location: Right by the heart of downtown sitting by Lake Eola. Many employees enjoy grabbing lunch together, or spending breaks working out at The Gym Downtown (NPE employees get a discount) or running around the lake. - Fast-paced working environment: You usually have plenty of work to keep you busy throughout the week. - Growing company: There are plenty of opportunities for growth and it's exciting to see the company expand. - Work fulfillment: We're actual helping fitness entrepreneurs achieve their dreams, particularly ones that involve opening their own training facilities. These clients go from barely making ends meet, working long hours, and/or having no time for vacations and family/personal time to working on the business instead of in it, increasing their revenue and client base, and having the financial freedom to devote time to personal activities or even helping other NPE clients with their businesses! - Training in up and coming programs: NPE is into all the most up-to-date technology, so it's great to receive training in them

- Since it's a fast-growing company, last minute work and projects may arise. It's important to remain on top of your work at all times so you can accommodate these last minute notices. - Again, since the company is expanding very quickly, its understaffed which makes it hard to get in touch with managers. Just get as much information as possible when you do get to communicate with them and you'll be good.

I had the chance to work with A LOT of wonderful business owners around the world. Some awesome people...that's the high point. If I had it to do over again - I would have passed on this opportunity. I was surprised at the speed for which the company would make poor decisions. If I had known that in advance - I would have passed. If I wanted to see behind the curtain of a fast paced multi-directional company, this would have been a good fit. I would suggest new employees 'tow the line' and don't row in the wrong direction. Ideas or concepts that run contrary to the corporate direction aren't encouraged or received well. 'We're not a victim culture....." --- means don't complain or suggest a direction other than that being promoted. I just read another review here - 'why did they hire me if they were going to let me go in the near future." I would agree with that...... Below you will read a 'cut & paste' response from Tiffany or Sean . . . something like - 'We're fast moving and have definitely made some major shifts in direction in the last two quarters...we strive to ....blah blah blah.' The reality, not nearly enough foresight is used in hiring and change of direction in business model. A result of that would be an internal campaign to have employees write positive reviews here on GlassDoor. Karma's a ....... well you know. I wish my former co-workers all the best.
