Pluspunten
-there used to be a lot of pros but then management started making it a poor and negative environment to work in for little money. - work life balance is good as usually they don't ask you to work overtime.
Minpunten
- horrible benefits, they offer $2000 health saving account/per which barely covers the usual health benefit needs (dental, prescriptions, mental health etc) let a lone for a family with kids. They allow you to pay into a benefits plan per month (like blue cross). - compensation is very low for the roles you're in, they say they give raises but give the bare minimum. - most of the company is remote as they do not live in Ottawa but they are asking employees who live in Ottawa to now work in office 3 times a week...for no reason. -they are owned by an American company and therefore are told what to do by them, creating a poor culture and work environment. - they let people go for no reason and are always looking for ways to save money and cut costs even though they are growing and doing well. - upper management used to be so nice and welcoming but now they micromanage and speak to you poorly. - they hire externally or from other countries rather than promoting employees and giving them a pay raise, to save money.
