Pluspunten

Excellent healthcare, 401K and ESPP programs. One of the best packages of benefits for employees today. When hitting sales goals, the over compensation is very good.

Minpunten

Senior leadership praises mediocrity at the middle manager/district level. A senior VP praised a district manager as a future leader of the organization. This district manager didn't make an annual quota as a rep and has yet to make his revenue goal as a manager in the years he has been in the role. The company continues to shuffle accounts amongst global, enterprise and commercial business segments. It has created some very bad feelings amongst employees have been with the company for years. New hires are being assigned accounts that existing reps have worked for years to close - only to see them go to people with less experience, make the money off accounts that are the most valuable in the geography and be rewarded for something they had not part in landing and growing. Local district management doesn't possess the knowledge to adequately assess accounts, build teams and grow individual contributors. George Kurian is an excellent CEO. His vision of transformation gets muddied at the middle manager level. He said it best, "Middle level managers have been the most resistant to change." Our team represents George's other comment, "They say they are willing but don't do the work".

Pluspunten

Amongst the top companies in the data storage industry = company stability.

Minpunten

If you'd ask me a year or 2 ago, I would have given the company 5 stars. But, as with most tech companies now, they've started to follow the trend of return to office, regardless of logic. There's little to no room for exceptions and the company would rather sacrifice productivity regardless if they know the hardships for people living in metros (one way commute to the NY or SJC office can take 2 hours one way!) - that and there's no commuter benefits. You have to pay out of pocket and live in fear of not receiving your bonus if you miss the "thrive together" quarterly requirements.
