Pluspunten

Lots of opportunity to learn new things and work day was something different. Free meal on occasion were great, and the opportunity to be exposed to new things.

Minpunten

They tell you want you want to hear then the next send you're getting a write up. Upper management never made an effort to get to know their employees. When it came to bonuses I never saw one even though every meeting was all about what needed to be done in order to get your bonus. Lies! They let the customers talk and treat the techs trying to assist to them any way they want. They preach a family culture, but in the end you're by yourself. On call system was terrible which you don't get paid for. Mandatory OT to study even though you are salary. That didn't make much sense.

We are very proud to see all the amazing achievement that has transpired in the last year. Recently, we received an accommodation for being one of the Top 501 MSP (Manage Services Providers). While no company is perfect, and we are always improving by giving each employee a voice. We also have morning huddles with all staff to provide updates about client concerns and other business-related items. We use an awesome tool called Officevibe! The program sends surveys to employees on a bi-weekly basis to assess their satisfaction and well-being and gain additional feedback by doing so autonomously. This tool gives us weekly reports that we as a company review to make necessary changes to protect our employees' culture. Several positive changes have been made in our company because of the feedback we receive from the employees. Our current ranking is the top 10% of all companies crossing over 90 different countries. While not everything is perfect, we don’t see this level of dissatisfaction in our current or recent former employees. It is true that as a company we hire, and part ways with employees based on our company organizational values “W.E.R.O.C.K.” Our core values are represented throughout our company and culture. Unfortunately, not all employees can meet these expectations and end up not being the right fit. We truly wish you the best of luck in all your future endeavors.

Staff meals and treats, nice workers, beer Friday once in a while, have benefits but they are costly, 401k without having to contribute yourself if you make it to a year which many don't, interesting customers, variety of experience to be gained working to build resume.

Minpunten

Poor owner/managers driving out anyone good. Too cheap to pay good workers to stay or those with proper credentials. Lots of stress. If your vocal you get repremanded if your quiet you get taken advantage so no happy medium. It only takes a couple weeks for honeymoon to wear off and true colors show. Hear tons of stories of past employees and when you ask about what happened it's sad so many good people left or were let go. The photos of unfamiliar faces with very few repeats over time speaks volumes. Lots of jobs in this industry keep looking. Generally I don't review anyone but to hear from current, and employees who left after me, that nothing has changed is pathetic. Heard they changed a few supervisors/managers but if the issues remain its ownership no more scape goats to pass buck.

Thank you for providing us your feedback. We are always very conscience-stricken to see a former employee leave for whatever reason that may be. NetEffect takes our employees as well as our former employees, reviews, and these accusations seriously. In our interviewing process we try to convey what the job requirements are by explaining the commitment, accountabilities and our core values we base our hiring, reviews and departures on. Sometimes this may not be fully realized how impactful and fast-moving it truly is until the employment commitment is already made. NetEffect is an innovative company that employees must be able to adapt to change quickly and be a part of that change. We have many opportunities for an employee to grow and become very successful. Unfortunately, not all employees can meet these expectations, of an ever-evolving entrepreneurial pace, despite our best efforts. It is disconcerting that an employee feels they are being driven out. NetEffect has many tools and outlets we use to gain insight into our workplace climate. One of these is our regular “All Hands Meetings”, where we as a company come together in a group setting and discusses upcoming events, concerns, and training. We do these at least once a month and lunches are provided for all staff. Our management team makes sure to have a weekly meeting with portions of the service department for issues to be solved by collaborating on the best possible solutions. All the management team and supervisors are always available to discuss concerns as well as the HR manager having an open door policy. NetEffect also uses OfficeVibe.com to survey our employees weekly about their level of satisfaction, well-being, and gain additional feedback by doing so autonomously. Our current score is in the Top 10% in employee satisfaction of all companies using this tool world-wide!
