There were honestly none! You maybe get to leave at 3pm—-sometimes

You get treated in the worst possible way. Constant micromanaging by owner. Get locked into office and forced to make non-stop calls. If you take too long, owner will rip phone out of hand and hang up. She will also stand over you and demand that you go faster! She has her lunch brought in daily while you get no breaks or lunches. Stay in the bathroom too long and she will start pounding on the door! She spends her time flipping through magazines and chatting on cell phone while you’re making calls and interviewing candidates. Does absolutely nothing, while belittling everyone for any type of error. Very confusing, refuses to answer questions “I don’t have time for that”. Says that benefits will come at a later time, but then says she refuses to pay them. You do not get paid enough to take her abuse!
