You get attached to the employees! Loved them and was the only thing that kept me there. It's a job

Salary is awful for what your expected to do. No work/family balance. Management are puppets controlled by executives and are not giving the resources to do their job! CEO is egotistical and doesn't care about the employees. He only acts like he cares because he knows he has to put this front to the employees. UNDER STAFFED!! Everyone is doing the job of two! The software needs a lot of revamp to be better and executive are more worried about the look rather than the overall functionality and how the employees are using it!

Pluspunten

Netchex is a place where people genuinely care about the work and about each other. Over the past few years especially, there’s been significant investment in the product, leadership alignment, and the overall employee experience. The pace of change has been real, but it’s happening for the right reasons... the company is positioning itself to compete and grow rather than standing still. Leadership is accessible, decisions move quickly, and individuals can make a visible impact here in ways that are harder to find at larger organizations.

Minpunten

There has been a lot of change as the company continues to scale and mature. That can create some ambiguity at times, and teams have had to stay flexible as priorities evolve. The upside is that the direction is becoming clearer and processes continue improving.
