Wonderful supportive culture that encourages personal growth as well as professional mentorship. Many, many internal areas of focus where employees may grow their professional career. Certainly take an interest in personal well-being above all else. Open communication is regular, with all levels being easily accessible (including founder, CEO and executive team).
