Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I recognise a lot of what you have written in your review myself. We take great care to hire brilliant people, which goes beyond their technical competence, and includes behaviours such as their ability to work with others and definitely a willingness to share knowledge and help those around them to grow. We also put a lot of time and thought into our benefits and socials so its nice to see those recognised by you here too. You're right about the Australian business and work to integrate our APAC business and colleagues is ongoing and we continue to see improvements month to month. Gender diversity in engineering is a challenge for all tech businesses, but one which we are trying to tackle head on. We are widening our talent pool this year for our student/intern campaigns by visiting an increasing number of campuses, we are ensuring a female presence at career events wherever possible (from our technical roles) and we ensure all our job adverts are using gender neutral language prior to publishing. We are also supporting events such as CyberFirst Girls Competition. There is no doubt that it will take time to see meaningful change but we are fully committed to this challenge.
