I have worked at the company for 3 years as a Software Engineer (mostly in Angular) and I love their culture and how the company treats its employees. They provide opportunities to learn and grow. Specially, they treat you like a family. I am talking about Pakistan office as I have been an employee there.

Need to work on the processes (which they are eventually improving)

Good opportunity to learn new technology and position yourself for next role. If you want to do something, you will have the opportunity even if you lack the experience

Minpunten

CEO believes he knows most things and doesn't listen to feedback too much. He also pretends to have experience that he doesn't have and is quite unethical. Salaries are not too high and he doesn't show much respect for his employees.
