Original owners destroyed current business - werkgeversreview Ops Manager bij Netspend

The original owners came back and bought the business and almost burned it to the ground. They lost about a 1/3 of the staff through firing and people deciding to leave bc they didn't want any part of what was going on. Sadly, most of the staff we lost was not replaced so you have people who were already working hard, doing the job of three people, with no end in sight. No raises, no support, nothing. The things that have come out of the owners mouth are abhorrent and I wouldn't wish a job at Netspend on my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and keep looking!
