      They project themselves as one of the best organization to work in. But they failed in the very first instance.

      Minpunten

      This the worst company I have ever worked in. No induction, no coordination and unhealthy work-life balance. Now one is even bothered about employee satisfaction.

      Pluspunten

      Netvision is big on transparency, communication, and teamwork. As a contractor, I enjoyed an amazing support from the team, and prompt response from the HR personnel.

      Minpunten

      There is not much drawbacks, but it’s important to have clear expectations for your accommodation when you are on a foreign assignment.

      Pluspunten

      The opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects through LEIDOS partnership Flexible work arrangements and requesting time off Very supportive and collaborative work environment. The HR Manager and general manager showed up at orientation to support their contracted employees for the MHS Genesis project. Received gift/recognition for onboarding, birthday, holiday.

      Minpunten

      For this particular assignment/contract with Netvision Resources as a sub-management comp with LEIDOS there was no growth potential available to me. This issue however is not with Netvision Resources, it's just the nature of project
