I’m seriously concerned about the company’s approach to employee privacy and transparency. Furthermore, the company lacks a clear vision and does not have a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), which is a fundamental issue for an organization in the technology sector. The absence of technical leadership undermines project quality and long-term planning. There are no structured salary reviews or increases, and career development opportunities are virtually nonexistent. Combined with the lack of direction and unclear policies, this creates a demotivating and uncertain work environment. These issues should be addressed immediately to protect employee rights, ensure legal compliance, and build a healthier and more sustainable workplace culture.
