Positive office environment, possibility for good pay.

Minpunten

Owner treats employees terribly, they don't tell you but you are forced to do door to door sales, there's a good chance that you won't get any money for a while. Pay is "salary", but if you get sent home for a day you don't get a dollar that week (They don't tell you that). Also on commissions, unless your salary is more than the commissions.

Great culture, fast paced and lots to learn. Great if you are looking to challenge yourself and prove what you can do. They give you what you need to succeed.

Minpunten

If you have a lot of things going on with family, especially kids, the hours can be a challenge. While not all hours are mandatory, you can certainly feel the pressure of not being able to do more. Be ready to dedicate your time.

Loved the Culture, and the training was super hands on. I actually had a trainer to work with daily, and when I moved into a lead role I had a manager to connect with and coach on personal and professional advise. Not only do I feel more equiped to lead in the future, but I feel like a better person to my family.

Minpunten

It is hands on, so due to some health issues I did have to leave the team. Looking forward to possibly rejoining the team once I have a chance to recover.
