The biggest pro is freedom. I was placed under both the managing director and the admin staff, and both let me work freely within the established deliverables.

Minpunten

There is a strict dress and appearance code, and many of the brokers are rarely in the office, making feedback difficult on many assignments.

When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

Minpunten

The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
