      work remotely, continued opportunity for growth with in the company, job retention and growth for military spouses and others who would benefit from a relocatable workspace, great team/community feel for a virtual environment, reliable pay, flexible scheduling, no commute, leadership.

      Minpunten

      pay is a bit low but you save money by not commuting to work so it averages out!

      Make your own hours, if they dont terminate you without explanation

      No support whatsoever. Will make you pay for everything then terminate your contract in the middle of certification classes with no reason why. They have completely screwed me over time after time. I thought once I got halfway through certification that FINALLY it would work out, but of course that was just wishful thinking. I paid the fees, background check, passed computer specs and speed tests. I was halfway through certification when all the sudden I get an email saying my contract had been terminated and they wouldnt tell me why. Dont contract with these people. Youll regret it surely. Not only that but there was very little support and no way to contact anyone if youre having issues.
