- They are highly strict with an office in time but on out time - Do micromanagement, basically, one man tries to manage everything. - Have some funny rules e.g: you have to present near 4 KM from the office. - They force you to make you 1~2 years contract with the company. Which is illegal according to BD work lows. - Management will try to find your weak point and they will molest you whenever they find a single scope - Management will treat you as if you are a slave and don't have any personal life. - Fully toxic and political culture - Introduce some weird rules every month. And they insist the employee follow these rules. - Don't follow basic SWE rules - They don't give your bonus at right time (or don't give at all), though they promise it in your contract paper.
