While revenue is of course a priority for us because it funds our mission, everything we do at NextUp is in service to Advancing All Women, and we are dedicated to the culture transformation required to help all employees thrive. We take your note about bullying very seriously, and if you are still a current employee with us, we hope you will be willing to bring your concerns to management. If you do not feel comfortable speaking with your direct supervisor, we strongly encourage you to speak with our COO, CEO, or any leader you feel comfortable talking to with while we are in the process of hiring an HR leader. We hope to hear from you so we can address these concerns directly.
