I need to couch this review by saying the company imploded not long after I left, its share price in pennies after hanging around the mid-twenties for quite a while. Pros? They seemed to have it going for them when I joined in 2007. There was a lot of talent around, and some genuine thoughts about capturing an evolutionary technology step in wireless telephony.
Minpunten
It was really rudderless. The acquisitions came thick and fast when I joined in 2007, but they didn't reflect any strategy other than, what one could only conclude was a holding company model. The CEO said one thing and did the exact opposite on a consistent basis. It left everyone in and out of the company thoroughly confused.
