There is a serious lack of leadership skill/knowledge/experience at the Sr. Director/Director level. There are senior individuals that have been with the company for a long time but seem to have never learned any actual leadership fundamentals and merely emulate the toxic traits that they observed in their own managers. There is a significant element of "S*** rolls downhill" in the company culture.
