Pluspunten
The new products the company has introduced within the last few years are revolutionary and the company growth potential could be unlimited. This basically is a 30 + year old company that is still going through start-up pains.The senior management team is young & inexperienced so there have been numerous mistakes made (as many of the company reviews reflect). However, things have improved within the last year and the management team seems to be making a real effort to finally learn from their mistakes they have made in the past.
Minpunten
This is not a 9 - 5 job. If this is the type of job you are looking for, then this is not the company for you. Your work is expected to be completed to meet deadlines and to put as many hours as needed to get the job done. Staffing in most departments is at a bare minimum as is the case in most small growing companies so employees need to be able to multi-task.
