Solid workplace - werkgeversreview Project Designer bij Nitsch Engineering

I’ve been working at Nitsch for almost 20 years now and I’ve stayed for three main reasons: company leadership actively cares about each employee as a person with a whole life, the company provides so much room for professional growth and development, and my coworkers are awesome.

I honestly don’t have any negatives

Decent work experience and projects. Overtime offered but limited (they say it’s available but hate it if you go overtime).

New CEO sucking the culture out of everything that made Nitsch a great place to work at. Not even close to industry standard pay and if you bring it up they will pass you up for promotion for many years. Senior management are extremely stuck up and will hold grudges forever if you even question the company systems and policies. These are not the “nice” people they advertise themselves to be.
