Some great colleagues to work with, free tea and coffee, extensive training opportunities (albeit specialised to the bespoke solutions for the most part) and fun events (when they were ran).

Minpunten

The environment ended up going toxic pretty quickly with finger pointing and lack of responsibility in places and a strong sense of silos between teams. Really high levels of attrition lead to about 7 people leaving over a short number of months. Future prospects were minimal and business direction seemed to be eclectic at best.

-Low Pay. $25 giftcards for bonuses on the holidays??????!!!!!!!! - Very Incestuous management. Everyone was married to each other? Never experienced anything like it before. Management were bullies, too.
