Pluspunten
Friendly business with a real focus on growth - they’ve bought a number of other companies since I’ve been there. They really care about their customers and staff (I’ve seen the owner pay off an employees debts and help a staff member out with money when they got into trouble on holiday - and I can’t think of any other business that would do that).
Minpunten
As a smaller business (less than 20 people) sometimes there’s more pressure on staff when other people are away. Sales targets can be challenging. Not the best part of Leeds to work in - but it is right next to a Tesco so at least that helps!
