It's a great opportunity for college students wanting to get a part-time job that give you exposure to a somewhat professional work environment. They are also really flexible when it comes to fitting you into the schedule as well as giving everyone a fair amount of shifts

Since a good portion of the staff are comprised of undergraduate college students, there is a lack of professionalism and common courtesy at times. Their training process also seems to lack a bit of depth and thoroughness, but nothing that can't be fixed over time.

Easy-going atmosphere, overall lax management, good way to get started in sales/leasing.

Work too hard for non-adequate pay, management is too sensitive to things that hinder a whole day's work.
