Where do I even begin… this is easily one of the worst companies you can find. For starters, the one office started to grow mold and eventually caved in. When it rained, employees would take shifts swapping out the buckets that would catch the rain. The owner did nothing and expected all employees to still work in office with moldy conditions.
Growth and development? Nonexistent.
Public humiliation? Check.
Shoes? Optional. (Yes, the owner walks around with no shoes.)
Drinking on the job? Absolutely.
I am not sure who is awarding Northwind’s bids because they have zero employees to actually do the work. Zero laborers, zero operators… IT staff? Sure! Marketing specialists? Why not! The owner would send out anyone who could physically walk to attempt to finish the job. Field experience? No need! You would be sent out onsite and it was sink or swim from there.
Stay very far away from this place. You’re better off working at McDonalds.
