Het enige voordeel is dat je nieuwe mensen leert kennen, want de omzet is waanzinnig hoog.

Minpunten

Nadelen dat ongeveer het beheer samenvat. Dit is een bedrijf dat zijn eigen goede recensies op Glassdoor plaatst om zichzelf te promoten. Er is geen visie en / of leiderschap. Leiderschap heeft een conferentie in Miami en wil volgende week banen schrappen om begrotingstekorten op te vullen. Hoe zit het met het uitgeven van geld naar Miami. Dit JLT, het Jadak-leiderschapsteam is de grootste grap. Intern is het het Jadak Laughing Team, want we weten allemaal wat een grap het is. Als bedrijf zijn er zoveel directeuren als je op je computer naar het organigram kijkt, je de bovenkant van de computer moet vasthouden om te voorkomen dat hij omvalt. Regisseurs die niemand regisseren. We hebben hoger leiderschap toegevoegd dat niet gekwalificeerd is om een burgerkoning te runnen. Vrij zeker dat we rekruteren op Tinder. Om nog maar te zwijgen van het feit dat we in jaren geen nieuw ontwerp hebben gehad. Ze beschouwen de eer als een nieuw acquisitieontwerp dat deze bedrijven al jaren maken. Oh en hoofd tellen op dezelfde manier, maar we weten allemaal dat het een kwestie van tijd is voordat ze van die mensen afkomen.

Minpunten

Mid level to C suite Management is disconnected from day to day operations to a fault. The amount of tech debt is staggering to a point of there being no hope of a future without doubling engineering headcount in just about every department. For the past 3 years people have been getting laid off or quitting to the point where the offices are empty, and back fill is always rejected.
